安乐业1.1锦尚（PEKING）发布版服务器内部500错误

我是本地测试的，config.cfg.php和path.inc.php都修改了，运行出现：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, zyyzaj@yahoo.com.cn and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

帝国备份也是这种错误，我打开其他php的网站都好的
