I always tell people try yelling and jumping at the same time and tell me if that is easy. Cheerleaders have to have a lot of strength to lift each other and flip. Just because there is not a score that does not make cheerleading any less important than any other sport. Some Cheerleaders have to cheer in cold weather at football games and then go to practice the next day. In other sports people only have to worry about one position.
